Honoring My Lineage
​
I am profoundly grateful for the blessings of my lineage. In 1999, I received the complete Longchen Nyingtik Cycle of teachings and practices from my root guru, His Holiness Penor Rinpoche. In 2018, I was honored to receive the entire Namchö Cycle of empowerments from His Holiness Karma Kuchen Rinpoche. These profound transmissions and blessings inspire every step of my journey, always rooted in the heart of bodhicitta—the compassionate intention to benefit all sentient beings.

In addition, I completed 10 years of shedra (monastic college) training, deepening my understanding of Buddhist philosophy, debate, and meditation practices. This rigorous education has provided a firm foundation for my Dharma activities and continues to guide my efforts to integrate wisdom and compassion in all aspects of life.
